both heels do have scuffing. left foot has more than right. please look closely at pics. top and toe of shoe are fine. sole of shoe has wear as noted in pics. these are 5 inch in height. These are 41 and the box says 11, but they fit small. Being a pointed shoe and a slender fit this will work for a 9.5 or 10
