Do you have any photos of the brand stamp? Is the clasp loose? Any damage?

@colelee79 I added a picture of the brand stamp. There is no damage. Could use a good cleaning, like with all sterling jewelry. Clasp is in working order. It is not tight (like spring loaded tension) and is the way it was when purchased, if that helps! Have never had an issue with it falling off, if thatβs what you are asking.

Itβs a common problem with the spring on the heart. I have the matching necklace. I lost my bracelet like this due to the clasp being loose.

Yes I was super sad about it. It happened when I was on my way by o Colorado to puck up my dadβs ashes.. sorry totally off topic. Anyways I have the matching necklace and have been looking to make my a set complete again. So the clasp does stay closed unless pushed on?

@colelee79 Just added. I as going to try and show a copy of receipt too but canβt locate. Came from the store in Michigan. It is authentic. If I find the receipt will post.
