Vintage Keene Sportwear Hawaii tropical smocked halter maxi dress, size small

Super unique and beautiful! Halter tie neck with smocked front. There some spots on hem area and small spot on upper side. No holes. Please see all pictures, selling as is. Hem could be shortened to remove spots. No size, material or care tag. Mannequin is a size 6/8 for reference. Dress fits like a small/medium. Pit to pit is approximately 9” laid flat, but stretches to 17” approximately. Length is 55” from neck tie to bottom hem. Hand wash recommended. Material feels like a polyester blend. From smoke/pet free home. Reasonable offers welcome!
