There are wrinkles in the leather but I took it to Chanel in Naples Florida and they said that this is normal for that style of purse (quilted lambkin). Comes with receipts, authenticity card, and dust bag. Everything everything in photos. The interior need has some markings, but no other callouts. Beautiful purse! Smoke free home
