Hi, I’m only offering $28 because I can only afford $35 with the shipping. I saw you purchased them for $38. At least this way you’d be recoup some of the money you put out. I don’t mean to offend you w my low offer. If I have that wasn’t my intention I’m on disability and don’t have much discretionary income after bills are paid. I figured I’d give it a shot.
