I am going to post a picture that I found of the Forever 21 Sizing Chart in with the item pictures for you to reference. The previous owner measured at 38C & the top did not zip all the way up in back. Depending on measurements (shoulders, waist, etc.) & body type, it is possible this could work & be quite flattering on a 36B individual.
