Desigual Spain Long Sleeve Mermaid Floral Print Dress 100% Cotton There seems to be a discolouration (possibly dabbed with bleach?) on the back of one of the arms shown in the photos so I'm listing it lower~ Mermaid fish scale print design Cute little side bow at the skirt waist Extra long sleeves so they can scrunch up or wear long over the hands. Fabric does have a speckle look to it which shows throughout the photos.
