White House Black Market Dress, Size S, Black with Navy Blue Dress

This dress was worn once for a work dinner party. I loved it, but did not have the chance to wear it again! It has small slits on the shoulder and forearms and it is a beautiful cut. I am a 5,3 woman and it fit me longer on the knee (2 inches or so above) but for my friends that are tall, I am sure it would be beautiful shorter on the knee as well.
