@cyndeano does this come from a smoke free home? Are there any signs of wear on the leather? It’s hard to tell from the photos but it looks to be almost perfect condition? How used is this? Thank you!

It is in really good condition. It does not smell like smoke .... My home is smoke free .... I purchased 2nd hand ... does not look used.
