Classic Brown Betty style teapot with a glossy finish. Painted flowers trimmed in gold leaf. This stamp is 1937-1950. James Sadler founded the company 1882 in Burslem, England. They are known for designing the Brown Betty style teapot. There's a small chip on the spout and lid. Some of the gold trim is worn off on the handle. These can be seen in the pictures. It holds 4 cups.
