Purchased ten years ago at the Chicago or Boston Cartier store. It’s been awhile. I haven’t worn it much. This is a size 53 Cartier size which equates to 6-1/4 US ring size. 18k rose gold. Retail is $3050. The photo doesn’t do the rose gold color justice. The price of gold keeps going up. I will seriously consider reasonable offers.
