Adorable vintage (2008) Jolt (from Dillards) army green capri pants with ruched sides, in a juniors size 5. You can use the drawstrings to either scrunch the sides of the legs, or untie them and make the capris a little longer. Relaxed fit. Sits on hips. Large soft waistband is comfortable and can be either worn up for a high waisted effect or folded down once for a low rise look. Elastic Waist: 9.75” Hips: 11.5” Inseam: 12.5” Rise: 10”
