This voluminous maxi skirt comes with a versatile accessory sash in a matching bold and vibrant Ankara print in red, cream and black. The elastic waistband stretches to about 23" max and features attached ties at the waist and functional pockets, all in 100% wax print cotton. Size is estimated to fit a Small or Medium, but due to the elastic in the waistband I would not consider it to be "One Size". Washed but never worn,always hung to dry.
