Vintage sleeveless dress by Whip-O-Will, made in Hong Kong. Size is 5/6, see pics for measurements. Length is 42”. It's a white dress with buttons on the top, then hidden buttons under the bust seam. There is half of a hook and eye closure there, the other half is missing. Two pockets with embroidery. The straps are attached to the back of the dress by buttons. Lace ruffle detail at the top.
