Some very slight scratching as pictured, can’t see when wearing/hanging. No chain and no Tiffany packaging. cloudcargoThis is definitely a medium. It's what usually comes with their toggle bracelets. Then I saw your measurements and it's a M. They are 0.8" x 1.25". Small is approx 0.75 x 0.5" & minis are usually half inch by half inch.
