This bag has 3 compartments; 2 zipper compartments are large enough for papers, magazines, or a laptop. The middle section has a magnetic snap closure, a zippered privacy pocket, and 2 slip pockets. The bag can be carried either with the handles or the strap, which extends to be a crossbody size. I used the bag a couple times, no signs of wear.
