Sexy and chic dark navy velvet midi dress with low cowl back. Snaps at hip, sash included. Great used condition! Inside shows some marks (probably spray tan or deodorant). Bought at a consignment store in 2008, worn to a wedding back then… unsure of when it originally was produced, but definitely Y2k.
