@dpk3 hello, I’ve seen 40 equate to both 9 and 10 before. These fit me and I’m a 10, which is why I listed them that way. I updated the listing to 9.5 as I checked Birks website and seems to be the closest equivalent

@jessicafeldm985 Hi. If you look on the footbed it says L9 M7 which means ladies/ men’s. Unfortunate these are too small for me, but just didn’t want your purchaser to return them on you for wrong size! 😊
