NWT. This is had for me to sell. Never have seen this one, so I believe she is rare. ? Simply STUNNING! Deep Blue. Velvet is difficult for me to capture. Look at last 3 photos for best actual color. Showing Johnny Was velvet fabric blouse in last photo. Embroidery on both sides and different patterns. Long strap is 38 inches and 2 shorter straps 16 inches each. NO flaws. Price is not negotiable.
