hattiereed @mommyoshi there are button holes at top making them adjustable. The larger setting was quite wide for me so I buttoned them in the middle, as in picture so they fit my smaller leg better. That’s the beauty of these, you can adjust the top to fit your legs. Would a measurement help?

hattiereed @mommyoshi I will add pics that show measurements as well. 16” tall. On the middle button they are 14 1/2” all the way around, then each setting is an inch so you can go to 13 1/2 or up to 15 1/2 plus there’s a slight gusset that will allow a little more room if on biggest button setting. I’m 5’2 and this is how they look on middle setting. See new pics.
