Hi! Has the top been dried in the dryer (concerned with shrinkage)? And is that a missing button or is it just not buttoned all the way?

It’s been only dry cleaned, no shrinkage it’s a tunic type fit, no missing buttons, I’ll send a better picture before end of weekend showing button
