what is the chest measurement and lower hip please

Measured fm under each arm pit across is 18in. Very bottom of jacket is 18in. Chest measures 24 from a couple inches below shoulder all the way across jacket. I tried taking pics but I cant upload them to the msgs ill put them on the post so everyone can see them
