Genuine 80s artifact from the days when girls just wanted to have fun. I know because this was my Winter Ball dress. Custom sewn by my mom in the haute style of the decade. Black satin w/sweetheart bust w/boning stays & two layers of pleated skirt w/tulle underneath for extra flounce. Skirt hemmed w/lace. Measurements: 15" pit to pit, 13" waist, 17" hips, total length from top of bustier to bottom hem 34". Excellent vintage condition. Worn twice, otherwise stashed in a closet in a garment bag.
