aubscaro @haley_huhn hey! Yes this would fit a 4-6 as the ties in the back make it very adjustable. I am the same size and it fits great. The soonest I would be able to ship is around 12:00 on Monday. However, my area will be getting a hurricane so I cannot be for sure but will do my best!!
