Hi, what is the length across the bottom when laying flat? I am trying to guess how tight it will be on my waist.

@caguilar1087 it measures 20", and stretches to 25"-26". The waist is "banded" but it's a loose fit, it's not super tight or cinched, just a little elastic in there to shape the midsection - I hope this answers your question!
