Hi, I was reading that this dress ran big. It is on sale at JC Penney but of course not in my size. How was the fit?

@pepemamey2012 I wore it to my class reunion in August. I was one of the best dressed at the party. It fit me perfect. It wasn't big on me. I say it was a normal size 12.
