Vintage Weiss Blue and Green Cats Eye brooch featuring several bi-color cabochon rhinestones in a variety of shapes and sizes. It shines and sparks beautifully in the light and the pictures do not do it justice. I’ve done my best to research when this brooch is from and it looks to be around the mid to late 60’s. It is a genuine Albert Wiess brooch that is signed on the back and is perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any outfit.
