Have here a 14k white gold sapphire and Diamond ring. I bought this in 2000 and had it sized down to like a 5 wore it like 1 or 2 times then it went to my jewelry box. Now I’m going thru and downsizing, it doesn’t fit me anymore. I paid like 2k for it. But I will take a good offer for it. Inside has 14k and makers mark BH shown in last pic, someone told me this is effy?
