millhaus Exactly! Which is why I immediately looked for it when I opened the package. It’s definitely not here. We turned the bag inside out before and after I messaged you. Maybe it got put inside the smaller one accidentally but again it’s not here. I wish it was. Going on trip this week.

millhaus I don't to because it's a nice bag. But we were specifically looking for one with lock and key. Which is why I asked when I did not see lock/key/strap shown in any images posted for your bags. I am looking for online alternatives to buy replacements now. I need to accept or refuse purchase within 2 days of receipt so sorry, I can't wait for you to reply one day next week.
