Fringed Skirt

Fringed Skirt This is so stinking cute!!!! The skirt has an elastic waist & the skirt itself comes right above the knee and then the fringes just keep going!! Perfect for a night out or shoot, I’d wear it to the grocery store to making shopping more fun!! 😂 The tag has been cut out so I am not positive the brand, but the owner buys most clothes from Free People, Anthropologie, Sundance, or other high end boutiques… she also wears a size small… I also included measurements.
