Amazing cream colored fringe ruffle shrug jacket. Open arm holes, hook, and eye closure, very dramatic with lots of chiffon pieces creating a ruffle fringe effect. Chic with anything from a pair of jeans to over a cocktail dress. Impeccable condition only been one once, size small. Approx 20” long and 26” wide, very free fitting. Looks very designer!
