deweygalIt’s 34” at the hips and 35-1/2” from shoulder to hem. I’m 5’2” and it hits me at my kneecap.

viral_boutiqueCould you tell me if it is 34” at the black band (meaning no way it can expand a bit) or at the pleats? I have bigger thighs that probably need more inches right where the legs start below the hips. I do like the dress a lot but am concerned about the fit. Thanks!

deweygalHi, yes, the black upper black band is the 34” measurement as it doesn’t stretch, the lower black band is 36”. The pleated area definitely has much more room though. I’ll add another photo to show what I’m talking about. Hope that helps! 😉
