No rips, tears, stains. etc. Maybe a little dusty in some places. I do not recall the actual volume measurement and this is a 2023 model which has been discontinued. With the roll top opening my best guess is it is close to the current 75 liter model. It is on Mystery Ranch's large frame for sizing and includes a matching Mystery Ranch Forager Pocket on the hip belt and two oversize pockets on a matching detachable lid.
