Free People skirt perfect for fall with boots! Skirt is in excellent condition. The bottom portion of the skirt is made up of two layers. From waist to longest part of bottom is about 23”. Shortest length is about 19”. The skirt is easy to make shorter or longer depending on how high you wear the waist portion. Very forgiving and cute!
