This is a 1996 Jay Import Co Inc decorative milk jug cookie jar. In addition to the heart motif on the front there are also pink flowers. The back is more toned down with just the blue stripes on the back. The top has a handle and the blue continues around the rim. There is also a small nick in the lid that is shown in the pictures.
