@cancuncowcow Hello! The skirt is in great condition; no pilling, no snags, all fasteners secure and inside lining is intact. As you can see in the cover photo, the waistband appears to turn slightly. However, when the waistband is pulled taut, it lays flat. I believe it would likely flatten out completely with a quick ironing or steaming. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'd be happy to help!
