Has a magnetic closure, two side pockets with magnetic closures, one exterior pocket on front, two elastic pockets and one zip pocket inside. Outside is leather, inside feels like suede or felt fabric. Straps are leather and canvas. Adjustable straps. Measurements: 11in height, 9in width, 5in depth Straps: 25.5in to 30in I'm saying this is in excellent used condition, but please look at photos for condition.
