Good day is the jacket a slim fit? I have some of the newer Jcrew tux; the most recent ones I have purchased have been a little looser.

@sharoncal good day following up on the cut. Do you think it’s more slim fit or reflexed?

Hello, I apologize for my delay! this one fits fairly true to size for the era - a vit boxier than the the Ludlow cut, for example. I'm happy to take additional measurements so you may compare to a jacket that you have

@sharoncal thank you for the reply. I know sometimes the arms can be tight or the body can be wider. It’s hard to tell. I would love measurements if you have them available. I will also check online to see if I can find archive measurements for this particular style and production date.

@sharoncal I could not find any archive data on measurements. Could you share flat measurements for the blazer laid flat and buttoned; pit-to-pit, shoulder seam to shoulder seam, sleeve length, and back length? Just want to be sure the fit. Thank you!

@morgantkm Hello, I measured again and all are consistent but I measured the shoulder at 2 points and added the sleeve width at bicep area: Measurements laying flat:

Shoulder to shoulder at narrowest point, on back: 15 1/4"
Armpit to armpit: 18"
Sleeve from top of shoulder to cuff: 24.5"
Length of center seam back, collar to bottom: 26.5"
Sleeve width 6 1/4"
