Vintage Pink Gown -Glinda from Wicked and The Wizard of Oz Halloween Costume

Beautiful vintage 1980’s pink polka dotted tulle gown with rhinestone belt buckle and low back. Bodice is fitted with full skirt, could be worn with hoop skirt underneath to really accomplish the Glinda look. This dress is pretty enough to wear to any formal event, but makes a great good witch costume as well. Fits like a 4/6.
