I am a 4/6 and it fit well. Med-Lg would probably be okay if smaller on top and larger on bottom but if vice versa might be a problem. I definitely don’t think you would receive it by Sat. I could get it to the post office in the morning but it wouldn’t go out until the afternoon. I don’t see it arriving until early next week.
