Unisex ~ Nice old mine cut diamond .35 carat in a Gypsy setting with ruby on each shoulder. This ring came from my Aunt Ruby, other than that I don't know much about it. It is a size 5.5 which is too small for me and I wouldn't chance wearing it on my pinky, it is too valuable to lose! My grandfather had one like it with 3 big rubies. This ring is vintage, probably from the late 1930s or early 40s. It has wear reflecting its age. I do NOT know if the rubies are synthetic. I wish it fit because I love it! I have no proof that the rubies are real, but the diamond is.
