Rising International dress in good pre-owned condition. Multicolored with embroidery, whipstitch and whimsical design. Size tag has faded so please check measurements in photos to ensure fit. Small loose thread at side of hem and an area of thicker stitching in fabric, not a hole. Please see pictures.
