Hi! Would you say this runs small? I’m someone that is a true medium but due to larger bust and boobs I sometimes need an L.

I’m the same way! It’s actually pretty stretchy material. I’m usually between sizes 8-10 depending on how something runs. This was very flattering on and hid shapewear perfectly due to the texture. Hope that helps!
