Hi! Does the material show signs of wear or is this in like new condition? Also, is the top smocked elastic still tight? Unfortunately, I purchased a Hatch dress here awhile back- it was too big so I brought it to my seamstress. She informed me it couldn’t be fixed as the elastic was worn out :( Thanks!
