Vibrant costume with multicolor fringe. Perfect for festivals or as a costume. This is a festival outfit but I used it as a pinata costume. Pinata headband was made just by me supergluing to a headband - (so it works but has to be pinned in place on your head to stay all night). Will include furry leggings. Grab a fanny pack and toss out candy to ppl throughout the night like we did. Fun costume. Skirt is size 6, Jacket is size 2. I am normally a size 0-2 and I was able to wear both of them with no issue. Skirt was a little big but it has built in black undergarment.
