The ring is from the late Qing Dynasty, which typically dates to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Similar rings from this period, often made by the Miao people, are dated to around 1900.
The ring is made of silver. Chinese silver from this era may not always have a hallmark, as there were no official assay offices like in other countries.
The ring features detailed, raised carvings of figures and what appear to be plants or other symbolic elements. The band itself has a textured, geometric pattern. The design is indicative of the artisanship found in this type of Chinese silver. (I did not clean for fear of harming) This is ADJUSTABLE
