Necklace not included Great quality. Not like the cheap bag costumes but like REAL clothing dress up play costume party Disney World dance class set is New w/ tag & never worn but it does have flaws.know u r buying it AS IS. look closely @ the videos photos & comments My kids had so many costumes,some weren’t worn.My kids were a sensation in r community 4 their prize winning costumes.They competed in many parades, contests & fairs often taking grand prize The Turban is NEW & has NO flaws adorned w/ fruit flower glamour accents Item # 140081567 The Dress is New, never worn & stored hanging since I purchased it. It does have flaws. In video u will c an area of small holes near the front side hem of the dress.not that noticable as it hangs in gathers of the dress.They could be stitched.The dress has some stains esp. on the back bottom green ruffle as I’ve tried to capture in photos.I see a very few other tiny marks on the dress.This dress was stored on a hanger & the flaws happened in storage. I didn’t try to wash it but the marks probably would wash out. the flaws aren’t that noticable when wearing & the bottom ruffle gets wear anyway as it touches ground tropical style bright tiers ruffle sleeves Retail $39.95 #140081566
