Is the red quilted part matte colored or shiny?

It’s the same as any nylon type of material would be. I guess consider that on the shinier side. If you’ve seen the typical north face jackets it’s that material in the center quilted part.

But I wouldn’t say it’s super glossy shiny. Just a normal north face finish
