aboholife@je_trouve Hello! Height is 12.5" at center, width is 11.25" and depth is 6.25". I don’t believe you can remove the rings. The chain can be detached but the rings are solid.

aboholife@je_trouve As far as the leather, it has some stiffness more towards the bottom because of the stitching and boxy bottom but the top certainly will droop if it isn’t being held. The leather itself is fairly thick so it isn’t a wilting flower, if that makes sense. 🤣
