Kids one size fits most bat Halloween cape with elastic wrist bands. Target says suitable up to age 8, but I wouldn’t agree. My 3.5 year old wore this costume last year and it fit her great! This would be much more suitable for a toddler/young child. The tag has been removed and there is minor piling on the inside of the costume. Was only worn once.
